The crew was fast in moving the items, but they were not careful at all. They continually kept running into the walls of the storage unit. Threw things around, even when marked as glass or breakable.
1 worker kept seeking compliments for how fast they were working. To which they did not receive. I compliment on things that impress me not upon requests for them.

Requested that items be loaded & packed into the truck with as much room in the back for 2 additional pickup locations.

Upon their completion for hired location, met them at the truck to discover they loaded from front to back and only partially upwards. Only a few feet remained in the back for additional items. All the space was above the loaded items. No way to walk or load additional items on top of what was already loaded.

After releasing the crew, the entire truck load had to be redone to accommodate the additional items to be picked up. Was not willing to pay additionally for them to do as originally requested. They were hurrying for another job as well. Prior to them leaving, them required I fill out a form rating them. I rated them well only due to the fact they were standing around me while completing it and the request for compliments that had occurred during the move. Feel it is unprofessional to request a review to be immediately completed & returned while those workers look over your shoulder.

If I knew they were not loading as requested, I would have monitored everything in both the storage unit as well at the truck.
