HIred 3 movers for 4 hours to load a truck for my 91 year old mother in law. My childred and I were there to help but my son had back surgery a month ago and could not lift. They were to arrive between 8 - 9. They did not arrive until 11:31 a.m. That is unacceptable. We were on a tight time frame as we were driving the truck from Michigan to Florida and it was Friday and we needed to be able to unload the truck on Sunday. After many many phone calls and lies, four guys finally showed up. They worked their butts off with what was left to move. We basically moved 90% of the items ourselves because we could not just sit around and wait. The move was completed and imagine my surprise when management called me and said I would get a $50.00 refund for a move I was charger $385.00. The guys were there only 42 minutes and I was being charged $335.00. No way. They said it wasn't there fault I couldn't wait for them to show up. REALLY? I could see a few minutes late but two and a half hours. What were supposed to do? Just go oh well we can wait. NO WAY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
