Unsatisfactory. The movers/loaders had an ego problem. They would not listen to my instructions only saying that they were the professionals and they knew everything about loading a moving truck. They did not want to know what I wanted to load first and load last. I can omit conclude that the loaders did not realize that I was paying for their service and that I should have input as to what I wanted done. As a result, my unloading and unpacking was much more difficult than it should have been.
If it were not for the fact that I was working to get on my way as soon as possible, I would have sent them away and call SML and request a new crew.
