My wife and I were impressed with the customer service over the phone and via email that SML provides. The rates were reasonable for our unloading of a 26' moving truck. The day of the job the local crew was over an hour late but they communicated well. Our only critique is out of concern for safety and professionalism. The two movers were young men who were respectful of our directions and they finished within the two hours with help from myself. As a suggestion, for their safety and the success of unloading such heavy items, a basic dress code of safe working shoes and attire along with proper equipment should be shared with your movers. This education from SML would make sure that the excellent customer service shown by SML on the office side would be matched on the actual move performance of the local crews, so no harm occurs to persons or property during the move.
