Setting up the jobs was very easy (we SML them for 3 jobs on one move - packing, loading the truck, and unloading the truck). I'm not sure how much SML checks out the movers they hire to do the work. The packers were HORRIBLE; for example, they literally threw things into boxes with NO packing - one box had open kitchen spices, books, a potted plant in a ceramic planter and loose soil, and expensive computer equipment. The plant was dead and there was soil and spices all over the computer equipment and books. The truck loading team wasn't too bad, just needed some guidance to pack the truck tighter so everything fit. The unloading team was awful too sadly - it was a team of three. One guy was great and worked very hard. The other two complained the whole time and argued with the one guy working. The unload took three times as longs as it should have and therefore cost us three times more! It was so bad, the neighbors (who we'd never met) started coming out and helping to unload the truck because it was getting so late and they could see that it wasn't moving along. Not a great experience overall.
