Unload always takes less time. I had unload estimated for 2 hours but they were here for just shy of an hour and I was charged for 2 hours. I tipped very well for Load - $50 per person and unload - $20 per person and the unloaders ripped me off an hour on the paperwork. I asked for a copy of what I signed as they don't leave a copy with you, take a lot of pictures to cya with this company and probably any moving help.
