The only issue I had is communication with the main office. I updated our unloading information one week prior to our departure and the first confirmation email was incorrect. The information was of the first entry. On the day of the unload it was this information that was sent to the team and it set the tone for us and the team. I was disappointed in the office staff. Fortunately enough both the loading and unloading teams were excellent, hard working, professional and friendly staff. I couldn’t be more satisfied with them! Too bad this type of professionalism was lacking in my experience in my experience w the office staff, especially when I had to update my information.
