We used SML - Simple Moving Labor to get our things moved into a new place. We had scheduled out the service elevator for a certain amount of time, and at first, we were all clear on the movers being here during that time. I was then contacted and told that they were instead going to show up later than intended, and after the time period had passed. Thankfully they worked around a few of their other schedules and were able to show up during the time we had for the elevator. The movers were very nice and once they showed up, they worked hard and got everything moved quickly and safely. If we ever need movers like this in the future, we'd consider them again.
