We had a fantastic experience with the two movers sent to pack our truck in Ft. Lauderdale. They were nice, professional and hard working. Loved them! However, when we got to our location in Bradenton, they didn't show. I called the first time and the girl said she couldn't get in touch with them, but left a message. After another period of time, I called again and got a different girl. She called me back and said it would be about an hour. They did show up, but they were late. They said they didn't receive the order until an hour and a half before. SML had called from the Bradenton movers to confirm the day before. I am not sure what happened. The guy in charge was a good mover.
