In Texas, the men loading the trailer were loading heavy items on top of boxes clearly marked and pointed out as. Being fragile. They also did not pad and shrink wrap the furniture properly, They obviously were not well trained to load for a long distance move.

I had to dismiss them after a couple of hours work, hire another crew, and completely unpack the trailer and reload it again.

Then, at my destination of Portland, OR, Simple Labor CANCELLED their unloading services AT THE LAST MINUTE after we called and asked where they were when they did not show up at the scheduled, contracted day and time! They said that the unloading crew did not show up for work that day! So, they left me hanging without even the courtesy of a phone call until we finally called them asking where they were!

I would not recommend their services to anyone!
