Good experience but not great.
The load in Atlanta was problematic due to elevator issues. Honestly, I felt we could have done the load quicker than 3.5 hours. Paying for an extra hour and a half was disappointing.
We had an 8:00 - 9:00 range for beginning the unload, and the movers arrived at 8:55, so it was rather a late start. The two movers did a good job. Also, after the movers left, there was a knock on the door and one of them had found some missing screws. It was very nice of him to take the time to return with the screws. Very helpful!
