We've used SML twice. The first time was a few years ago and we lost an heirloom mirror in the process and some furniture was damaged, then the loaders hounded us for a tip. I was assured this wouldn't happen, AND that the people you were sending me were professional packers and not just lifting labor. Had two different groups of 3 loaders and unloaders. I didn't see this until it was time to unload, but the "loaders" turned the washing machine UPSIDE DOWN and put it on top of the dryer, so the weight of the washing machine was riding on the dryer. The raised console control panels were both damaged from being transported this way. I mean...Come On. That is just total carelessness, and I'm the one left with the damage. I don't think it's fair that I get stuck with their incompetence and ineptitude, I was told they were professionals. Professionals would never do anything this stupid.
