The folks I contacted at SML to set up my move were knowledgable and genial. The two men who came to do the work carried my things from a third floor to my truck and packed them with care. They were both professional and kind, each saying several times their goal was to help make the move easier for us. While the move was in process, their office called to ask how things were going and if I had any concerns. After the truck was packed and we were on our way, I received a receipt promptly through email. I hope in this lifetime I NEVER have to move again, but if I do, SML will be my guys. Very positive experience. No complaints. Outstanding service.
