I just wanted to let you know what an awesome experience you made our move-in. Donald and your other mover showed up in a timely manner, comported themselves with great professionalism, and had the job completed in under the minimum time.

I myself used to schedule moves, packs/unpacks, crating of paintings/pool tables/grandfather clocks, schedule washer/dryer & icemaker disconnect/connect, arrange for smaller shuttle trucks when needed, etc. for a national van line so I know the attention to detail required to make things go off without  a hitch. As such, I have to say your crew did a fantastic job and I will make sure your corporate partner, Penske, knows this as well.
