Sold a defective AC unit

I purchased a new Lennox AC unit 2 1/2 years ago from Temperature Pro. With in 6 months, the compressor unit began making noises. It was caused by the fan blades scraping the interior of the metal vent hood. I thought that this was an unusual issue, but Temperature Pro charged me $240 to "fix" the problem, even though it was a brand new unit. This same problem came up again a few weeks ago and Temperature Pro came out to look at it again. This is not an issue of any mechanical systems but simply a defective product. I was charged another $80 to repair it but I asked for a long term solution which I have yet to hear back from Temperature Pro. I don't want to be charged for them to repeatedly come out to "fix" a problem that exist with the unit every year.

Mr. Vu - We appreciate your feedback. We have investigated the service call. The technician was able to make a temporary repair to prevent the issue. After the visit, our comfort technician made contact with the manufacturer. Ultimately, we ordered the piece that has been problematic. Since the piece is not standard replacement part stock, it had to be special ordered from factory. Once received, it will be installed / replaced at no cost to you. We apologize that we dropped the ball in communication back to you. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve going forward.
