I first met the owner of Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling when our respective company's warehouses were next to each other. Come to find out, he had installed the air conditioning unit in my house when it was first built. I later had him come out and replace that unit when it finally wore out. He gave me a great price on the new unit. I currently have one of those twice a year maintenance contracts with them. This company is great. I called them one morning between 7:30AM and 8:00AM because my air conditioner went out. They came out and determined that the unit was not repairable. They had me a new unit under installation by 1:00PM that afternoon. This was in the middle of the hot Alabama summer during everybody's busy season in that business. That is what you call great customer service!
