They were flexible with their scheduling, and I actually scheduled my appointment while the company was at a friend's house working on their unit. Their worker was prompt and professional, and it took them 30-45 minutes to make sure my A/C unit was working correctly, including putting in some Freon. This was my first time using them, and I plan on using them in the future.
