Overall experience: Good

Took 2 trips to fix the problem. Second trip the parts seemed like a duplicate of the first and the parts cost much more. I asked for a call back to explain but never received it. Will probably go with someone else next time.

Thanks for giving us your feedback. I do recall you contacting us regarding this event. We did leave you a voicemail and asked that you return our call at your convenience to discuss. Once you returned our call we did discuss the difference between a capacitor and a hard start assist. On the first trip we only replaced the capacitor as at the time that seemed to be the only issue. On the second trip, this is when we realized the hard start assist was also malfunctioning. We do not like to just change parts, especially if they are still working. I do agree with you that we should have checked the hard start assist on our first trip out, but it did seem to be working as it did bring on the compressor upon start up since we replaced the defective capacitor. Where as before we replaced the capacitor it did not come on. I would like to remind you that we did waive the service call fee for both trips for your inconvenience.
