We had some very tough stains in just a year and a half old carpet. We've had 2 other carpet cleaners plus renting a Rug Dr and none of those were able to get all the stains out. Durachem came out and got out most of the stains. And what they couldn't get the first time, they came out a second time and got the rest of them out. I would highly recommend them!
