They're a busy company. My appointment was booked more than a week out. An opening came available and they called me-- and service was provided sooner than expected. Definitely a plus.

The electrician (Brad) was courteous, professional, and performed the work quickly. He explained his work and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
