The few times that I have used Mike's Electric the work was professional and they did a good job. For one of those jobs I was having them install some smoke detectors that would sync up with my existing smoke detectors. They had to try a couple different ones until they found one that would accommodate the existing smoke detectors. Everything worked out and we did have to schedule appointments until that issue was resolved. I don't think that it is a fault of theirs because it wasn't easy to find detectors that would work with the existing. It all turned out well and passed inspection and I was happy about that.

My only issue with them is their third party credit card company that was used to pay my bill. That company charged my credit card twice for the work that was done. $1,500 and then another $1,500. It took me a month to get that credited back to my credit card. Mike's Electric did apologize for this inconvenience which was nice but at the same time if I still owed a minor amount on my bill I would get a reminder every week. I thought also that they could have credited me the amount of interest that I had to pay on the double payment but non was offered. I know things happen especially when dealing with third parties but it would have been nice to be given back the interest that I had to pay for them doubling my payment.

All in all they did the work that I asked them to do and they did it well and in fact every job they have done for me has been done well which is the most important thing and I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.
