When I sold my house I did a bunch of things to get it ready and one of those was electrical work in my garage. The lights were all hooked up in a weird way requiring multiple switches. Mike's Electric sent a guy out to reconfigure everything in a professional way. He had to crawl around above the ceiling to fix the old, amateur style lighting which was probably a DIY job by the previous owner. He also replaced a fluorescent tube that no one else could manage to do. It sounds minor but it bothered me! Mike's Electric did the job I asked them to do! These guys get a good review!
