The Friday of Memorial Day weekend, I discovered a leak in my garage ceiling. Ironically, Anthony was working on my neighbor's house and asked him to take a look--he confirmed and then called the main office for me. Within 5 minutes, Christina called me and was able to send Dan out. I never met Dan before as Chris and Anthony are my "go to" guys--i can now add Dan to the list of my "go to" guys--he was thorough, did small "extra" things to prevent future incidents and really helped with some non-plumbing items that, being single a female, I am not really handy with. We had good conversation and the job was done right and efficiently.

On Memorial Day, I tried my AC and it wouldn't work--i contacted PDM on Tuesday and not expecting any availability--was told they will see what they could do for me. Sure enough, around 4pm Chris drives up and says, "what did you break now?" Joking of course--i didn't expect a technician until later in the week--Chris looked everything over and was able to get the unit back on track! Just in time for the small heatwave.

My experience with Dan, Anthony, and Chris has been exceptional--they are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for their customers. That's why I keep coming back.
