I have to say they came out promptly and explained what I needed clearly

Pete was our service person who called before arriving He was on time and with a few minutes he explain what we had to do in detail so that I could understand what had to be done he had the parts on his truck and replace our sump pump right away. . He was courteous and polite if I need any plumbing to be done again I will call PDM and ask for Pete Wilson senior technical advisor great job!
