Our A/C unit quit on hot &humid Monday afternoon. I called PDM hoping someone was still there to schedule an appointment for the next day.
Explained the problem to a friendly employee who put me on hold for a minute, came back on saying she was able to catch a technician on his way home and he would be over shortly!!
Chris quickly assessed the situation and explained the accumulated ice needs to melt before he could find the cause. I’m thinking ok he will come back tomorrow, when he said he would run home and have dinner and be back when it melts.
Long story short Chris/PDM was able to get an problem fixed and the house comfortable before we went to bed.
