Disappointed

I have used PDM numerous times and have always been satisfied except for this last time. I felt like the technician did not want to do any work. He directed me to Home Depot to purchase something to help with my problem. He tried to detor me from everything i wanted him to try to do to fix my problem. I strongly felt he did not want to dig in and fix my problem . Needless to say I still have the problem but I will be calling someone else.

Sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. I spoke with your technician, Pete, about your call. He said that the discharged pipe was clogged as you noted. The discharged pipe underground is a thin material. He was concerned about puncturing the pipe if he rodded it. If the pipe underground was punctured it would need to be replaced, in order to ensure proper drainage.
He then recommended that you try a home remedy first to pressurize the line in order to clear the line with the understanding if it didn't work then we would return to rod it. Please contact me if you need further assistance. 815-726-6264 - Jake
