Having recently moved to the area, I wasn’t sure which company to choose. My neighbor suggested PDM. I gave them a call to check out my furnace before winter. Liked their Customer Service from the start. Very pleasant Dispatcher scheduled Chris G. He found some unusual problems with my furnace, which he adjusted, and luckily all I needed was a capacitor, which he had in his van, so no extra time charged for him running out to purchase, which I have dealt with before and can run up the cost of the job. He also gave me very useful information on changing filters, which will save me money in the future. Will definitely call PDM again!
