Michael arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained how he was going to replace my water heater and a cartridge in my bathtub faucet. Michael was very responsive to my questions. I will definitely call Rosenthal plumbing. I asked Michael if he will be my plumber. I don’t look forward to future plumbing issues, but knowing that Michael will be available is very reassuring.
