There were two different experiences.
The first was totally unsatisfactory. The technician, if you could call him that spent an hour and a half setting me up for something that had nothing to do with the problem..
Then when he started the job I needed done, he found out he could not fix the clogged drain, went back to the shop for another piece of equipment.
He then called back and said the equipment he needed was not there, but it was ok to use the plumbing sparingly.
That was impossible because he left the cap off the drain......it did not take long to figure he was not only a lousy technician but also a lousy con man.
I called at about five PM and asked for some one else to complete the job.

Next day, I got a wonderful tech named Brandon who did the job very well. .He was great! Would I use your company again...NO
