The positive - communication is very good. The office calls ahead of the arrival time and gives you the name of the plumber. They also send a text message.

The negative - there is a charge for an estimate. They were completely up front about it and I agreed to it. Still rubs me the wrong way. When they arrived, it took all of 15 seconds for the plumber to show me a pre-printed price list for the requested service. This obviously could have been done over the phone and saved everyone time. The pricing had several "options." The lowest level of service was 2-3x a typical rate. At the high end of options, the same install was 5-6 times the typical rate. Insanely overpriced. I didn't even bother mentioning the other work I needed done in this and another house.

I used a different plumber for the needed service - free. no obligation quotes and reasonable, market pricing.

I cannot rate the actual service of this company, since their pricing was far too high to be considered. I would definitely recommend getting quotes from one of the many other plumbers who aren't afraid to quote jobs without charging..
