I almost never write reviews but I really felt compelled to write this one to share my experience. In my opinion it’s easy to write a good review when everything goes smoothly and as planned. The true measure of a company is how they handle the situation when things go wrong. My husband and I built a brand new home and wanted the top of the line countertops for our new kitchen so we picked out a beautiful black quartz’s to use throughout the whole house. After installation when I was finally able to clean the other construction dust off them I noticed that the counters were very dull and even after cleaning them looked like they were dusty or had a film on them. I contacted our kitchen designer at Belletetes who immediately contacted Sarah (the sales rep ) at RE Marble and Granite. In less than a week Sarah and a repair crew came out to look at it. Despite there efforts to clean the quartz’s it wouldn’t come clean. They had determined that the material itself was defective. The next day I heard back from Sarah that the manufacturer was coming out to look at it. Within a week and a half to two weeks the manufacturer rep was at my home to inspect. He also determined they were defective and would have to be replaced. It took a little time 3 weeks or so to get all the approvals and pricing back (plumber had to come back out) but Sarah kept me informed the whole time. Sarah really went to bat for us with the manufacturer and made sure it was made right. When the crew came to replace the countertops Sarah and our kitchen designer from Belletetes (Meredith) were right there to make sure it all went smoothly and that we were happy with the replacements. The crew that removed the defective countertops and installed the new ones were top notch. They did a very nice job, was very particular about making the seams perfect and was respectful of our home.
I highly recommend this company to everyone! They take care of their customers and do the right thing.
