We were told about Zachary's Chem-Dry several years ago, and we started using them. They were out here just recently to clean the carpets in our bedroom. I was very impressed with the man who did the cleaning work. He had a good knowledge of chemicals, and how rugs were made. He even did some extra work for us in another room, where we had a bad stain. They did not even charge us for that! I was also very impressed with how clean the rugs came out!
