We had a five-star experience with that Zachary's Chem-Dry and to be honest, I'd give it seven, based upon the level of customer service and care that we received from Casey, our cleaner. I would definitely recommend Zachary's Chem-Dry one hundred percent, and we'll definitely, absolutely be calling them in the future for any other carpet cleaning or even clean-up needs.
