Zachary's Chem-Dry did a very thorough job cleaning my carpet for me. The man who did the work was very pleasant and thorough. He worked straight through, and he did not take any breaks the whole time that he was here. He was very informative about cleaning carpets and about fibers. And after he finished, the carpet looked very clean, and the fragrance that they used made the whole house smell fresh!
