He came to pick up the rug on a Saturday, and let me know everything would be fine. It took weeks to get my rug cleaned to his satisfaction, and he kept me in the loop throughout his procedure. He was constantly sending me updates until it was ready, and once it was he delivered it to my door. I was very happy with not only the cleaning service but his manner of calming me down and reassuring me the rug would be cleaned. I would absolutely use Zachary's Chem-Dry again!
