I have used Zachary's Chem-Dry on two occasions now, and I really like their service! Their employees are friendly, and they show up on time. The owner himself actually came out one of the times to do the cleaning. That impressed me. The carpets really look great, and I also appreciate how they go above and beyond for their customers. Let me give you an example. I had two needle point rugs that needed to be cleaned. Prior to using Zachary's Chem-Dry, my carpet cleaner said those rugs could not be cleaned here, but had to be taken in for cleaning. At a cost of over $300! I just happened to show them to the Chem-Dry man when he was here, and he said he could speed clean them right here in my home, for a price that was one/eighth the amount the other carpet cleaning company wanted. Of course I let him do it, and the rugs came out looking great! Five Stars!
