This was my first experience with Zachary's Chem-Dry. I asked them to come out and clean the carpets in my house. They did a great job on the carpets, and they really look nice. I think the gentleman who came out went above and beyond for me on the cleaning job. I was particularly impressed by how knowledgeable he was. I thought I knew a lot about carpets, but he really taught me some things that I was not aware of. Five Stars in every category! .
