Zachary's Chem-Dry has always done a great job for me. I have used them for many years. Mr. Zachary himself usually comes out himself to clean the carpeting for me. He is very pleasant and always takes time to talk with me about what he will be doing and explains the process. They used to use a powder and mist cleaner. I preferred that process. They do just the mist and steam now but at least with Mr. Zachary they do not soak things like other companies do that take hours to dry. Mr. Zachary is always respectful of my home. When he sets up the truck and hoses he always makes sure that nothing rubs against walls or the floor moldings or causes any damage. While he is working I just keep my dog in another room and try to stay out of his way. I want people to know that you will get a good experience, less dry time, a good cleaning and great service with Zachary's Chem-Dry!
