I needed to have the carpeting cleaned in two rooms of my home. I chose Zachary's Chem-Dry to do the job. Casey, the technician, cleaned everything, even reaching each and every corner of the rooms. It was a good experience. I didn't have any trouble at all. He came at 9 o'clock and was done by 10 o'clock but it took the carpet five to six hours to dry. That wasn't a big problem, and other than that, everything was fine and the carpets look great!
