Adesh of Zachary's Chem-Dry is one of the most responsive business people I know. We've used him repeatedly for both our home and for the office complex we own. Adesh always answers his phone, whether he's here at home or away in India. If he can't get here right away, he sends someone who can. When we had hurricane flooding, I called him early in the morning and he arrived quickly. The whole time he was here he was being blasted with phone calls from other customers and handled every one. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in the art of removing stains. When the carpet in our office complex became stained, he came in, discerned the problem, and eliminated it. There was no extra charge. His regular fees are reasonable and he is a very nice person. I enjoy talking to him. Adesh is great and his company, Zachary's Chem-Dry is fantastic!
