This was the first time I have ever used Zachary's Chem-Dry. I had an emergency - my dog had an explosion on the carpet. They sent someone out the same day I called, and he was here within a couple hours.

He was polite and friendly and he did a great job. He explained the process to me and told me the difference between what he does and what other companies do. He also gave me information about how quickly the chemicals dry. The process was cost efficient and it worked great. I would absolutely use Zachary's Chem-Dry again.
