I have used the service of Zachary's Chem-Dry before and I reused them again because they had done a really good job. This time they cleaned the tiles and resealed the grout on my floor. I'm happy with what they've done so far. Their pricing seemed to be okay. The technicians were professional and knew what they were doing. They were communicative overall. I had spoken to the owner before they began the work and to the technician and I was kept fully aware of what was happening.
