Zachary's Chem-Dry came in to clean the upstairs carpet and do some pet treating at the bottom of the house. I have tried most if not all of the carpet cleaning companies in my area and Adesh far exceeded my expectations. He arrived early for my appointment and was happy to just wait for me to arrive, never seemed bothered by it at all. He was extremely professional and very personable. He is a very hard worker. He did extra work for us and didn't charge us for it. He also left product with us and didn't charge us for it. He educated me on carpet cleaning and what I could do myself. He took the time to communicate with me and I thought that was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable about the business that he is in. I cannot say enough good things about this service. The kindness he offered was truly the best! I have already referred him to five other people and I wouldn't refer anyone who I didn't think was above and beyond expectation.
