I recently used Zachary's Chem-Dry for the first time to have some rugs cleaned for me. I thought that the employee who came out was a little bit off-putting. That being said, I was very happy with the results that he was able to turn out. However, I wouldn't recommend this company to other people because the last chem-dry people that I used were much less expensive than this one.
