There was no problem in scheduling the appointment, and the tech that came to my home was very professional, and experienced. He did a great job, gave me ideas on how to keep my floors clean, and was an all-around nice guy. He was on time, thoughtful, and a pleasure to have in my home. Prior to this, I had used the company for carpet cleaning, and I'd consider using them in the future, as well.
