We have been using Assured Comfort for several years. We have had an annual maintenance contract with them for at least 6 years which checks our system 2x a year. We have never had a breakdown because any issues with our system (a/c, furnace) was caught and brought to our attention before it became an emergency. Assured Comfort replaced our system about 4 years ago and also put in a thermostat and dampners (sp?) for our upstairs which was a complete lifesaver. Our unit would cool the downstairs but not enough cool or warm air was going up stairs (thermostat downstairs). So, they recommended the extra thermostat and dampners which continued to cool the upstairs even after the downstairs was at the correct temp. I cannot thank them enough for the suggestion and the installation. We have also used them for a plumbing issue. Same great service from the tech and customer service. They are professional and courteous from the time you place the service call; to the call from the tech to confirm his arrival time; to the actual service call. Kind, courteous, and professional is the best description for this company.
