This was my first time using Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing. They sent out a tech named Brandon, and he installed a new tankless water heater for me. The basement had gotten flooded and knocked out the old circuit board, and I had to get a new one of those, too. The water heater is great, and Brandon was great also! He worked really hard and was here all day to get that in for me. It was really a great experience overall. I would go out and talk to Brandon while he was working. I was in and out the entire time just to check on him and how things were going. He continued to work while we talked, and I appreciated that. He did not stop to chat, but he communicated well with me and let me know everything that was going on when I would check in. I kept forgetting he was there until I would go to turn on a faucet somewhere, and then I would remember he was there doing work, and he had to shut off the water while he was installing the tank. It was not a problem at all, but I was happy when he got everything in and was able to turn my water back on! I have not had any problems at all with my new tankless water heater since it has been installed. If somebody asked, I would definitely recommend Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing for a tankless water heater install!
