Assured Comfort put in a new HVAC system for me in 2015. Shortly thereafter we became aware of a manufacturing defect from Lennox (& a class action lawsuit) and the staff at AC went out of their way to accommodate me from my original purchase in 2015 (with their same as cash no interest plan) and again this month when there was an issue. Special shout out to Ian, the service manager, for making the process tolerable. AC is very involved in supporting our troops & local nonprofits such as DC CASA.
