I am now amending a review that I posted for Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing as "Not a happy customer." After posting the review, Assured called me about the review. After discussing the issues, Assured and I reached an agreement where Assured would give a partial refund for charges. At this time I do not have any issues or problems with Assured and would probably use them again. Assured stepped up to the plate and did the right thing by offering a partial refund.
