We had our first maintenance appointment this morning. Tim Miller was awesome. He called in advance to let us know what time to expect him. He arrived on time, and as customary with Assured, he covered his feet before entering our home. His personality was pleasant and he was very knowledgeable. He discussed some options with me since I suffer from extreme allergies. He was also respectful of my time and got the job done quickly.
We are so pleased with our new A/C unit, and even happier with the service we get from Assured staff. I continue to refer friends and family to this company.
